TheCreativeX Ltd is a software studio based in London, United Kingdom. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us at info@thecreativex.com or 07542 138677.

When you send an order request we collect the details you type: your name, email address, company, phone number, links, and your message, plus the options you chose and the estimate shown. A shorter enquiry form collects your name, email and message.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site. Our admin area sets a sign-in cookie for staff only.

To reply to your request, prepare a quote, and, if you go ahead, deliver the work. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a small business.

We store data with our hosting and database providers, who process it for us under their own data-protection terms. Depending on how the site is deployed this includes Supabase (database and image storage), our web host, and an email delivery service. We do not sell your data.

We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 24 months, then delete them. Records of work we deliver are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.

Under UK data-protection law you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Email info@thecreativex.com and quote your order reference if you have one.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
