Why every quote is a fixed price

Most agencies quote a day rate and let the hours run. We do the opposite: we scope the work on the discovery call, price it as one number, and put a date on it. If something changes mid-build, we say so before we touch it, not on the final invoice.

This only works because we keep projects small enough for one person to hold the whole thing in their head. A five-week website build and a ten-week product sprint are both scoped this way. It is slower to quote and faster to deliver, and it means a small business or a founder can commit to a number without worrying what happens if the build runs long.

If you want to see it in practice, the order form on this site prices a project live as you configure it — the same numbers we would quote on a call.
