Shipping fast without breaking things
The fastest way to slow a project down is to skip the boring parts at the start. Every build we ship gets a typed API layer, input validation, and a small automated test suite from the first week, not bolted on before launch.
We deploy to a live preview URL from day one so a client can watch a site or product grow, rather than waiting for a single big reveal. It also means the thing that ships on launch day has already been looked at for weeks, not hours.
On the stack: Next.js and TypeScript for the interface, Postgres for anything that needs to remember state, and plain HTML forms before we reach for a heavier library. Boring, in the good sense — it is easy for the next person to pick up, including you, eighteen months after we hand it over.
